Plumbing, sheathing and framing are ongoing at the 4th and Race project site. Within the past few weeks, crews finished all concrete pours on the fifth floor and crews formed and reinforced the first pour on the sixth floor. Crews are also installing masonry walls on the first floor. The columns and elevator core walls are being poured on the fifth floor.
