At the Court Street Condos, crews are beginning to paint the exterior of the final building and plan to complete painting by mid-August. Bathroom tile and other flooring continues to be installed. The cabinetry is also being delivered and installed, and crews are fabricating storefronts. Condo units are expected to be on the market in the next few weeks.
