At the 4th and Race project, crews are making steady work on the project’s foundation. The first tower crane has been erected and all auger cast piles have been installed. Crews continue installing pile caps and grade beams throughout the site, and foundation concrete work is almost complete for the East area of the site near Race Street. In the coming weeks, a stormwater detention tank will be installed, underground electrical and plumbing work will begin, and the pits for elevators six and seven will be excavated.
