At the Court & Walnut project site, pile caps and grade beams are now complete. MEP rough-ins continue in the basement, as the forming and pouring of first-floor columns and walls also continues. On the second floor, the first and second concrete pours are now complete, and shoring and forming for the elevated deck continues.
