Masonry restoration work is underway in the historic buildings throughout the construction at 15th & Vine. Additionally, restoration of the historic alley is scheduled to begin in November. Air barriers are being installed on the building’s sheathing, with window installation to follow, beginning on the Vine Street façade. Lastly, construction of Jeremy and Bridget Lieb’s new restaurant at the corner of 15th & Vine began earlier this month, with an anticipated opening in spring 2018, shortly after the building’s expected completion.
