Construction at Court & Walnut is progressing nicely, with work now underway on the building’s second floor. Crews recently completed underground MEP installation, while MEP rough-ins continue in the basement. The first-floor elevated deck, as well as the deck above the first floor, are complete, and pile caps and grade beams are being poured. Forming and pouring for the first-floor columns and walls also continues. Crews are currently in the process of shoring and forming for the second-floor elevated deck, and the first concrete pour for the second floor was recently completed.
