The south stair tower is now complete, and the metal stairs have been installed. Steel erection, which provides the structural shell of the building, is currently in the second of four phases. Structural masonry repairs are underway in the historic buildings, ensuring that the connections between the rehabilitated buildings and the new structure can be completed without complication.
