Crews are making great progress in the basement area, with pile caps, columns, walls, and blindside waterproofing now complete. Stone grading and backfilling around the basement is currently underway, as well as the installation of the sump pump. Shoring and forming of the first floor has begun, as pile caps and grade beams continue being poured. Between the first and second floor, shoring and forming for the deck has also begun, and the concrete pour took place last week.
