Crews are nearly halfway finished pouring concrete on the steel decks throughout the building, making it a great time for potential tenants to schedule a tour. In the coming weeks, rough MEP equipment installation will begin, as will exterior framing work. Construction remains on schedule for completion in late January. Leasing information for the office and retail space is available on the 3CDC website.
