November 2015 Project Update

ZIEGLER PARK

The Ziegler Park project team is currently working on finalizing the design, financing and schedule for the park’s renovation. Part of the process has included seeking various approvals from the City of Cincinnati and the Historic Conservation Board for the proposed design and financing of the project. Construction is expected to begin in early 2016.

MERCER III TOWNHOMES

The renovation portion of the Mercer III Townhomes project, involving the conversion of 14 Mercer Street into four condominiums, is nearly completed. Meanwhile, crews are nearly finished painting and installing fixtures and appliances in the eight new townhomes being built as part of the project. Information on all units is currently available at www.OTRLiving.com.

YMCA

Work on the Central Parkway YMCA is progressing nicely. Under slab plumbing is complete in the locker rooms and the slabs have been poured. Meanwhile, mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins continue on all floors. Additionally, crews have finished hanging drywall for the ceilings and framing all walls, and have completed more than half of the plaster restoration in the lobby.

PARKSITE

Parksite is substantially complete, as one unit has already been sold and another is under contract. The five remaining units are available for purchase and details can be found at www.OTRLiving.com.

MEMORIAL HALL

Construction fencing arrived in late November, as crews prepare to begin initial site work. Once underway, construction is expected to last 12 months.

THE OSBORNE

The three buildings that comprise The Osborne are all substantially complete, and all 11 units are expected to be finished by the end of 2015. Information on pricing, layouts and availability is currently listed on www.OTRLiving.com.

UNION HALL

Cintrifuse, The Brandery, and CincyTech have moved into their new homes at Union Hall at 1311 Vine Street, even as construction continues in some areas. Two commercial spaces are available for lease in the building as well, one at street level on Vine Street and another in the barrel-vaulted sub-basement, with an entrance off of Republic Street.
