At Avril Lofts, tile work is nearing completion and hardwood floor installation is underway. The new atrium skylight has been installed and permanent power is on throughout the building. The HVAC system is now operational on the second and third floors. Additionally, the new walk-up grill window is being installed in the first-floor Avril Bleh market space and will be operational this summer.
Earlier this month, Five Iron Golf announced it would open its first Ohio location in downtown Cincinnati in one of The Foundry’s first-floor commercial spaces. The buildout is set to commence in the coming weeks. Royce’s outdoor dining canopy has been installed, as millwork and finish work continue inside the restaurant space. The buildout for Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse is also ongoing, with the recent installation of drywall.
As finishing touches are being made in the Willkommen’s residential units, and 3CDC continues to look for tenants to fill the street-level commercial spaces, a ribbon cutting ceremony is being planned to celebrate the completion of the project. In mid-May, a public meeting was held where the Findlay Community Center design team presented preliminary concepts for both a new community center and outdoor improvements for Grant Park.
