4TH & RACE

The base structure at the 4th & Race project now stands 10 stories tall. A new buckhoist elevator on 4th Street allows for the expedited movement of materials to the upper levels. Work continues at street level and on the façade, and workers are completing the exterior masonry, and installing new glass windows and exterior insulation finishing systems on the columns along Race and Elm streets. There are also new sidewalks, curbs, fire hydrants, and stormwater infrastructure. Inside the building, three stairwells are now in place and the 4th Street elevator is being installed.

BEHLEN

Construction is complete on the base building at Behlen. Crews are continuing to finish punchwork and complete final cleaning tasks. Tenant buildout work is progressing at 1432—which will become Nostalgia Wine Bar—and is expected to be complete in May.

ELM INDUSTRIES

Construction on Elm Industries is nearing completion and crews are working through punchwork and doing a final clean. Full completion is expected in April.

MEINERS

Construction is complete on the base building for Meiners. Crews are wrapping up punch work, doing a final clean and completing final inspections to fully close out the project.
