June 2022 Updates

AVRIL LOFTS

At Avril Lofts, the installation of hardwood flooring will begin next week inside the condo units. Other finishes, such as tile and painting, are also underway. Additionally, the walk-up grill window for the Avril-Bleh meat market is set to be open early this month. This will allow Avril-Bleh to move its summertime lunch grill inside.

FINDLAY COMMUNITY CENTER

Since Findlay Community Center’s most recent community engagement session was held in May, the design team has been advancing the conceptual designs for Grant Park and the new community and recreation center, which will be located at Findlay Playground. For continued engagement and feedback, 3CDC will begin meeting with small groups. Those interested in scheduling a small group session should contact FindlayRec@3CDC.org.

THE FOUNDRY

At The Foundry, Royce, a new French-inspired modern brasserie on the corner of Fifth and Vine streets, has received its certificate of occupancy from the City. An opening date for the restaurant will be announced soon.

Construction continues on the new Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse as crews work on the Vine Street patio. Upon completion, it will feature outdoor dining space and a cigar bar.

Construction is expected to begin soon on Five Iron Golf, the nation’s leading indoor golf and entertainment experience, as well as Divisions Maintenance Group, The Foundry’s anchor office tenant. Five Iron will be located on Fifth Street. Divisions Maintenance Group will occupy office space on levels 2, 3, and 4.
