AVRIL LOFTS

Cabinets in the fourth-floor condos at Avril Lofts have now been installed. The installation of wood flooring is underway in the third-floor condos. The second phase of Avril-Bleh Meat Market is complete, which included the expansion of the back-of-house processing facility and a new walk-up grill window. The grill window is now open, so patrons can walk up to order burgers, brats, sandwiches and more!

FINDLAY COMMUNITY CENTER

The design of the Findlay Community & Recreation Center and Grant Park have developed into detailed layouts. Additionally, programming opportunities for both sites are being considered. For continued engagement and to gather feedback , 3CDC is still meeting with small groups. THE FOUNDRY

Things are moving right along at The Foundry as Royce, a new French-inspired restaurant, makes its final preparations for opening. Among other things, flowers and furniture have been added to Royce’s new outdoor dining area that looks out onto Fountain Square.

As construction continues on Jeff Ruby’s Vine Street patio, aesthetic improvements to Convention Way are being made to make the area more inviting. Buildout is on schedule to reach completion this fall.

Construction on Five Iron Golf, an indoor golf simulator and entertainment experience, is officially underway. Likewise, construction has commenced for the building’s marquee tenant, Divisions Maintenance Group. The group is relocating its headquarters from Newport to The Foundry and has signed a lease for more than 100,000 square feet of the building.
