January 2020 Updates


The exterior is taking shape at 4th & Race. Framing for the retail storefronts is in place, the facade is being prepped for future glass and EIFS, and crews are working on streetscape improvements. Inside, work on masonry is largely complete up to Level 5. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is progressing, and the building will have permanent power soon. Crews are wrapping up construction and punch-list work at Behlen, with work expected to be completed early next month. Construction is underway at 1432 Vine’s street-level space for Nostalgia Wine Bar.


Construction is now complete at Columbia Flats, and leasing of the residential units is underway with 66 percent occupancy. Construction on the first floor is ramping up for the 895 square-foot commercial space that will become O Pie O. The design phase is complete, and construction will begin in February.


At the Court Street Condos, 11 of the 16 condo units have either been sold or gone under contract. Additionally, leases have been signed for two of the street-level commercial spaces, and the project team continues to meet with prospective tenants for the remaining available spaces.


Crews are working on final completion and punch-list work for the first and second floors of Elm Industries. Floors 3 and 4 are currently occupied.


At Meiners, crews are currently working on the tenant fit-out work for the office tenant who will occupy the second floor. Construction is nearing completion, and five turn-key office suites and first-floor whitebox space will make up the final project.
