THE ANNIE

At the Annie, the first eight apartments at 218 W 12th Street are nearly complete with the remaining nine units trailing closely behind. Currently, appliances and fixtures are being installed. At 216 W 12th street, drywall and paint are complete and flooring will be laid in the coming weeks. Both buildings are on track for completion in early spring.

DUKE ENERGY CONVENTION CENTER

Pre-development work on the Duke Energy Convention Center has continued to progress. Most recently, schematic design drawings for the Elm Street Plaza were received and the design team was given approval to move on to the design development phase. 3CDC also issued an RFP for Wayfinding & Graphic Design. Responses have been received and are being reviewed.

Finally, 3CDC followed up with minority- and women-owned subcontractors, as well as Union subcontractors, to develop a schedule for meeting with groups interested in learning more about the project to determine if there is an opportunity to work together.
