15TH & VINE

Crews have continued to make good progress at 15th & Vine, installing the exterior metal wall panels, and working to complete the mechanical systems inside. Crews are also painting the ceilings and finishing the drywall, while work is underway to pour the concrete slab for the new restaurant on the first floor. RENNEN & BEECHER FLATS

Crews remain hard at work at Rennen and Beecher Flats. Foundation piles have been drilled and work on the pile caps and grade beams will begin in the coming days. Currently, the mason is onsite to infill the openings in the existing building at 1505 Race Street. Once the foundations, grade beams, and building slabs are complete, framing work will begin, and Rennen and Beecher Flats will start to take shape.

THE GLASSMEYER

Construction at the Glassmeyer is now complete, and units will go on the market this month. Visit the condos section of the 3CDC website to view units as they become available.

COURT & WALNUT

At the site of the Court & Walnut project, crews recently completed the auger cast piles in the basement area and have installed temporary electric. Drilling and pouring of the auger cast piles for the tower crane are nearing completion, while pile caps and grade beams on the first floor continue to be poured. Crews have also begun installing the storm water detention tank, and will erect the tower crane and begin forming and pouring the basement and first floor walls in the coming weeks. ABINGTON RACE & PLEASANT

At the Abington Race & Pleasant project site, construction is complete at 1523-1531 Race Street, and final inspections are underway for the units at 1533-35 Race and 33 Green. The commercial buildout for Elementz, the new tenant at 33 Green, is underway. This commercial buildout and the units at 1530-32 Pleasant Street are scheduled for completion next month. Lease negotiations are also underway with two additional tenants for commercial spaces on Race Street.
