Sweet Petit opened for business December 7, 2013. Sweet Petit makes a variety of small sweet treats on site and is open five days a week, Tues-Sat.


Westfalen II is wrapping up and should have final certificates of occupancy by the end of December. Units will be listed for sale approximately January 1 and will feature a variety of units from studios, 1-BRs, and 2BRs with common exterior areas.

The new sales center at 1430 Race is nearly ready for move-in! As soon as Westfalen II passes all inspections, the OTR Living sales team will move into their new headquarters.


Crews have restored or rebuilt historic cornices on all the buildings, and window installation is complete, making the building exteriors look much more complete. Interior work continues with floor finishing, insulation installation, and masonry repairs.

This new 40-seat restaurant by Jose Salazar will open December 19th!


Republic Street Lofts feature studios and one-bedroom units from $94,900 – $229,900.00. Most units feature on-site parking. OTR Living staff will continue to host open houses and take appointments for private showings.


The Eagle Food & Beer Hall opened in the first floor of Trinity Flats on December 17th.


Park Haus continues to work with several potential homeowners with purchase contracts to secure financing and complete redevelopment plans. The potential owner of 28 W 13th will know later this month if Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits have been awarded.


The residential units are currently for sale! Information on each unit can be found at . Currently there are five purchase contracts out of ten total units. Available units range from studios to large 1-BR units with a shared roof deck. Construction at Salazar in the first-floor commercial space is nearing completion and it will be open for business later in December.


All 11 Mercer Historic units are sold or under contract. Only one of the five Mercer Townhomes are still available. The One Mercer project at the corner of Vine and Mercer (12 units) is scheduled for completion in January 2013.

In Phase II, finishes are underway in 4 of the 10 rehabs. Drywall is underway in 3 others. Turnover of 4 buildings is expected by the end of the year and leasing offices will be moving in. G bldg 4th floor and roof framing is underway.


City Studios Architecture has completed the design for this LEED Silver building and 3CDC is in the process of selecting a General Contractor. Construction will begin early in 2014.


Taft’s Ale House will occupy the historic St. Paul’s Church building and is targeting an opening date in the Fall of 2014. The brewpub will be a full-service restaurant and bar serving local beer as well as a wide variety of options brewed in-house.


This project is complete, and 14 rental units are now available at the corner of 15th and Republic Streets. Six are under contract.


Concrete construction is officially above grade and decking and form work for level two has begun. The columns and structure for the first floor commercial space are roughly 30% complete. The below grade garage concrete construction is 95% complete. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will soon commence on the below grade portion of the project.
