FINDLAY COMMUNITY CENTER
In the coming weeks, the design team will begin developing the new Findlay Community Center’s concept design based on feedback received at a recent engagement session. Additional engagement sessions will be held to seek community input on design details like pool features, playgrounds and programming. During these meetings, updates on operating information, like membership rates and hours, will also be discussed. If you would like receive project updates, please email FindlayRec@3CDC.org.
At The Foundry, final touches are being made in the Five Iron Golf space and a soft opening event is taking place today. Furniture has arrived on site, and touch-ups are being made to wall art installations throughout.
Turner Construction recently installed the monumental stair at Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG)’s new office space. It passed all steel inspections and work is underway to begin framing it. Finishing work, painting, and the installation of wood treads will begin in the coming weeks. Installation of the structural steel for the exterior sign package has begun and signs will start being hung this week. The first piece of the space’s center light feature, the canopy, arrived and has been installed on site. The remaining fixtures will arrive over the next few weeks. The installation of systems furniture has begun and crews plan to punch out the third floor early this month, with the second and fourth floors to follow shortly after.
Construction is wrapping up on Ziegler Park’s expansion! In the next couple of weeks, construction will be complete, the fence will come down and the expansion area will be open to the public. Keep an eye on the park space over the coming months to see planters, furniture, games, and public art continue to be added to the space.
Structural repairs are now largely complete on one of the buildings comprising The Annie – 218 W 12th Street. Structural work continues at 210 and 216 W 12th Street. Crews have begun framing and fire rating new walls and have temporarily removed the corner on 216 W 12th Street to facilitate masonry repairs.
At August Flats, the Green Street sidewalk replacement is complete. Outside the building, façade work is underway. On the building’s interior, floor refinishing, trim work, cabinetry and countertops are nearing completion. Finishing work is underway and the buildings will have permanent power soon. Work is on track for completion early this summer.
ADELINE LOFTS & WEBSTER FLATS
Located at 1338 Main Street, work on Webster Flats is nearing completion and pre-leasing has begun for mid-May move-ins. Urban Sites will be the property manager. Additionally, the street-level commercial spaces have been white boxed and are currently available for lease.
Just across the street at 1401 Main Street, work on Adeline Lofts is also nearing completion. All work, with the exception of permanent power, will be complete this month. Urban Sites will begin leasing these units once permanent power is in place.
