April 2018 Project Updates

COURT & WALNUT

At the Court & Walnut project site, pile caps and grade beams are now complete. MEP rough-ins continue in the basement, as the forming and pouring of first-floor columns and walls also continues. On the second floor, the first and second concrete pours are now complete, and shoring and forming for the elevated deck continues. RENNEN & BEECHER FLATS

Crews are hard at work framing Beecher Flats, and are now in the early stages of framing for Rennen. Underground utilities are now complete, and utility rough-ins inside Beecher Flats are underway. The retaining wall between Beecher Flats and 1508 Pleasant Street has been started and the garbage pad is currently being poured. In the coming weeks, framing work at Beecher Flats will be complete, and Rennen’s framing will move closer to completion, as well. The rework of the sidewalks will also begin in the near future, in order to clean up the site.

15TH & VINE

The completion of the 15th & Vine project was celebrated with a ceremony on Apr. 12 The building’s first street-level retail tenant, Sacred Beast, also celebrated its official grand opening that same date. The project yielded 55,000-square-feet of mixed-use commercial space with exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open three-story atrium.
