Halloween Costume Contest This Friday on Fountain Square

CINCINNATI (Tuesday, October 28, 2014) – Join us this Friday, October 31st, for the return of Fountain Square’s eighth annual Halloween Costume Contest! At noon, make your way downtown dressed in your wackiest, most creative ensemble for a chance to take home one of the top prizes. This year’s panel of celebrity judges includes Alex Kesman of the Know Theater; Abbi Howson of the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company; and Angela Powell Walker of the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati.

Please note that this competition is free and open to children, adults, and groups. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

•   Best Individual Costume: $100 gift card to Palomino Restaurant & Bar. Must be 18 or older to enter.

•   Best Team or Group Costume: Free lunch at Palomino Restaurant & Bar for 15 coworkers (maximum $375/$25 per person). Must have a minimum of five participants to enter.

•   Best Youth Costume: Gift card to King Arthur’s Court Toys. Must be age 17 or younger to enter.
