TITLE Boxing Club Signs Lease for 8th & Sycamore Space

CINCINNATI (April 10, 2018) – A fitness facility unlike any other, TITLE Boxing Club recently signed a lease for a 2,250-square-foot space located at 710 Sycamore Street in downtown Cincinnati. The boxing fitness club features workout classes inspired by boxing, kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts. In need of a change from the “standard” workout, owner-operator Keith Noel and his wife, Molly, fell in love with boxing as a means of exercise.

“We’ve always worked out – it’s just part of our lifestyle,” Keith said. “But, we wanted something that was different from the standard treadmill, elliptical, and weights. Neither of us had any experience boxing, but it was fun and we saw results.”

Improving their fitness without the boredom and repetitive nature of the workouts of their past, the Noels wanted to share their discovery with others. So, the Noels made the decision to open TITLE Boxing Club, and there was no question of where they’d open it. Keith worked in downtown Cincinnati for more than 20 years, and always enjoyed the city. The pair chose the space at 8th & Sycamore, which is being leased from the Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC), because it is centrally located and within walking distance of some of Cincinnati’s most popular areas. Additionally, it will offer several convenient parking options for those driving to the club.

“The club will be in a new building that offers a beautiful workout environment,” Keith said. “Members will experience a community atmosphere where all are welcome. Our clubs have members from age eight all the way to 98 – and more than 70% of our members are female.”

While a membership at TITLE Boxing Club is required to take classes, the first class – called First Shot Free – is always free. TITLE is confident that experiencing that first workout will leave participants wanting to become members.

A variety of monthly and annual memberships will be available, and all members will be given unlimited access to classes. Additionally, TITLE Boxing Club will offer single-, three-, and six-class packages for those not wanting to purchase a monthly or annual membership.

No prior boxing experience is required for the classes, as trainers will instruct participants, and workouts are meant to be inspiring – not intimidating. The workouts are structured to be fast, fun and effective – and to allow participants to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour. Members will only hit a heavy bag – never each other. As Noel puts it, “You’ll get fit – not hit.”

“Other workouts simply don’t provide these results,” Keith said. “Our workouts are a great stress reliever. There’s just something about hitting that heavy bag that makes your stress melt away, making our workouts a way to improve one’s physical and mental fitness.”

The Noels, who reside in Hebron, KY, are eager to open, so they can begin meeting their new members, forming relationships with them, and helping them achieve their fitness goals. TITLE is expected to open this summer.
