At the site of the Court & Walnut project, crews recently completed the auger cast piles in the basement area and have installed temporary electric. Drilling and pouring of the auger cast piles for the tower crane are nearing completion, while pile caps and grade beams on the first floor continue to be poured. Crews have also begun installing the storm water detention tank, and will erect the tower crane and begin forming and pouring the basement and first floor walls in the coming weeks.
