After taking into account input and feedback from numerous groups and individuals in the OTR community, 3CDC adjusted its original plans for its 15th & Race project. New plans, which call for over 60 new housing units – nearly half of which will be affordable – along with up to 37,500 square feet of commercial space, were presented to the full OTR Community Council and its board at the end of the month. Pending approval from the OTR Historic Conservation Board in April, the project could get underway as early as this spring.
