PROJECT SUMMARY

3CDC identified twelve buildings scattered throughout the Washington Park that have been restored back to their original single-family home status. The goal of the Park Haus program was to allow buyers to select the building of their choice and work directly with developers to create a home that caters to their specific needs. Architectural plans were drafted for potential homeowners, and renderings showed what a final project could look like. All twelve homes are completed, under construction, or under contract.
