Commercialize IQ Opens Office in Over-the-Rhine

CINCINNATI (May 8, 2025) – Cincinnati native and three-time property technology founder Alex Taylor recently opened a new office for his company, Commercialize IQ, at 1404 Race Street in Over-the-Rhine (OTR). Situated in a 1,650-square-foot suite leased from Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC), Commercialize IQ has a mission to provide an AI-powered Business Intelligence platform that will transform the way commercial real estate professionals manage and analyze data.

Using cutting-edge technology, Commercialize IQ streamlines data collection, aggregation, and sharing, giving Commercial Real Estate owners/operators more useful insight to make more informed, data-driven decisions. The platform uses predictive analytics, is dynamic and customizable, and allows for real-time collaboration.

“Most commercial real estate decisions are made using data that is at least 30 days old,” Taylor said. “Commercialize IQ collects and aggregates data using AI, eliminating hundreds of manual hours spent. This allows you to make better decisions based on real-time data.”

Commercialize IQ has several early adopters who are already utilizing the platform, but Taylor will officially launch the product at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) this month. After launch, it will be available on a subscription basis, with flexible plans for every need. Prices range from $50 – $250 per property, per month.

Taylor and the Commercialize IQ team officially moved into their Race Street office on April 1.
