Rooted Juicery Sets Opening Date for Vine Street Store

Plant-Based Juice Bar to Open Doors for Final Friday

CINCINNATI (May 29, 2025) – Known for their plant-based, cold-pressed juices, Rooted Juicery is set to open the doors of its second location at 1218 Vine Street, a 936-square-foot space they are leasing from Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC), tomorrow at 8 a.m. The store, which also offers a variety of vegan food options and retail items, is opening to coincide with Final Friday – a decades-old, monthly tradition started by the Pendleton Art Center.

An artist-centric event that takes place on the last Friday of each month, Final Friday festivities expanded in April to include over twenty additional Over-the-Rhine (OTR) retailers. Shops host artists featuring everything from handmade jewelry, to photography, to live music and more. This month, Rooted Juicery will be part of the fun.

“When we learned about Final Friday, we knew we wanted our grand opening to coincide with the event,” said Aaron Kull, Owner and CEO of Rooted Juicery. “It brings a bigger-than-usual crowd to OTR and gives us a unique opportunity to introduce ourselves to the neighborhood. We want to be part of the buzz and take advantage of the natural foot traffic Final Friday creates.”

The juice bar will have its full menu available, including the avocado crunch and carrot lox bagel sandwiches, avocado toast, made-to-order smoothies, cold-pressed juices and more. Additionally, they will have an array of grab-and-go items like the pesto + ricotta sandwich, burrito, and Cincy chopped salad, among other options.

“Rooted Juicery will not only be a welcome addition for health-conscious consumers, but for business professionals and anyone else on the go,” said Christy Samad, Executive Vice President of Civic & Commercial Space Activation for 3CDC. “Rooted Juicery adds an element of convenience for anyone looking for a delicious, healthy cold-pressed juice or a quick bite to eat during their commute to work or a stroll through the neighborhood.”

The store will be open tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. to participate in Final Friday festivities. Following the grand opening, normal business hours will be from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The store will be closed Monday and Tuesday.
