CROSSROAD HEALTH CENTER

This project will provide a new home for Crossroad Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC),  serving the low-income community of Over-the-Rhine (OTR). The project involves the redevelopment of the existing OTR Recreation Center into a modern healthcare facility for Crossroad Health Center, as well as the creation of  109 new parking spaces that will serve Crossroad patients and staff, the Findlay Community Center, and the general public. Upon completion, it will provide accessible, comprehensive health care to the low-income clients Crossroad primarily serves, allowing it to increase the number of patients it serves, add pharmacy and dental services to its operations, and serve patients with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and the uninsured at to cost or affordable rates bates on a patient’s financial situation.
