1-3 E Court Street

This project encompasses the structural stabilization and exterior improvements of two adjoined historic 3 story structures at the corner of Vine & Court Streets immediately across from Kroger headquarters and next to the newly opened Court Street Kitchen. Extensive structural stabilization, new roof, windows, and brick repairs will prepare the historic structures for future commercial redevelopment.
