Bakery Lofts

Located on Race Street, just north of Washington Park and across the street from Saengerhalle and Westfalen Lofts, this historic building was transformed into nine for-sale condominiums. Construction was completed in April 2013, and became the fastest selling residential project in 3CDC’s portfolio.
Westfalen Lofts II

Westfalen Lofts II is located on the east side of the 1400 block of Race Street, just north of Saengerhalle and less than one block from the renovated Washington Park. This project was an extension of Westfalen Lofts and included seven buildings, creating 33 for-sale condominiums. Many of the units incorporate aspects of universal design and make a great home for people with disabilities or a desire to age in place. The project also includes 4,000 square feet of commercial space along the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar line. The project was completed in February 2014.
Westfalen Lofts

The Westfalen Lofts project renovated previously vacant and abandoned buildings on the east side of Race Street in the 1400 block. It includes eight condominium units and one single-family home at 1420 Race St. It was completed in March 2011.
Westfalen Lofts II, which completed the east side of the block up to 15th Street, was finished in February 2014.
Trideca Lofts

Located at the corner of 13th and Vine, Trideca Lofts is easily recognized by its namesake triangular decks that span the south side of the building offering terrific views of downtown. This mixed-use project includes nine condominiums and over 3,000 square feet of street-level commercial space. All nine units feature exposed brick, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, travertine tile, curving walls and vent-free gas fireplaces. Units feature walls of windows from a two-story glass wall to 360-degree views from the rooftop unit. Every unit glows with natural light.
The Stanley & Moore Flats

Court Street South Condos, which is comprised of The Stanley & Moore Flats, is located across the street from Kroger’s corporate headquarters and just down the block from 3CDC’s first residential project south of Central Parkway, Court Street Condos. The project includes a total gut renovation of two historic buildings, one along the south side of the Court Street Plaza, located at 7-11 Court Street, and another around the corner at 915-917 Vine Street. The buildings were renamed The Stanley and Moore Flats. The renovation yielded 16 condo units that are primarily one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, and three street-level commercial spaces. The Court Street commercial space is fit for a restaurant, while the Vine Street space will be leased as retail/office space. Completion of this project complements the renovation of the streetscape plaza and adds to the pedestrian activity it has brought.
The Stafford

3CDC partnered with Platte Architecture & Design of Cincinnati and HGC Construction Company on this project, which includes 11 one-bedroom condominium units as well as 2,800 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. 3CDC served as developer, managing all aspects of project development. The Stafford is centrally located between Vine and Walnut Streets and the revival of this ground-floor commercial space is sure to attract some much-needed foot traffic to the block. The condo units range in size from 385 to 850 square feet. Construction was completed in the summer of 2017.
The Osborne

Located on the northwest corner of the intersection at 15th and Pleasant streets, just one block north of Washington Park, these three buildings were converted into 11 for-sale condominiums and a 917-square-foot commercial space. Additionally, the vacant lot at 120 W. 15th was converted into a common courtyard for the three buildings to share. The project was completed in December 2015, at a cost of $3.6 million.
The Olson

This 4-story building, located at 1408 Elm Street, sits less than one block north of Washington Park. The 6,300-square-foot structure was converted into five for-sale condominiums – three single-story flats facing the street and a pair of 2-story units on the back half of the building – and includes an 830-square-foot street-level commercial space. The renovation was officially completed in August 2015, at a cost of $1.8 million.
The Glassmeyer

In winter 2017, 3CDC completed construction on The Glassmeyer, a renovation project of two buildings totaling over 10,000 square feet at the corner of 15th and Elm streets. The Glassmeyer features 6 two-bedroom condos, 2 one-bedroom condos with second-story living space, an interior courtyard and a 950-square-foot street-level commercial space. Each condo also includes private outdoor space. The project was designed by City Studios Architecture and is being built by Hudepohl Construction Company, both of which are based in the Cincinnati region.
