3CDC offers prepaid parking tickets upon request, based on garage capacity and availability. Requests may include a minimum of 10 spaces and up to 50 spaces. After the team reviews your request, you will be notified if there is availability and receive an invoice for the requested validations. If you choose to move forward with purchasing validations, transactions are final and non-refundable; however, you may reschedule your validation session provided that written notice is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to provide the required 48-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the validation without the option to reschedule or receive a credit.
