Completed Project

Keyer Row consists of the renovation of three historic buildings located at 1221-1249 Main Street into 22 new apartment units (including five affordable units for those making up to 80% of the Area Median Income) and six commercial spaces. Residential units range from efficiency to 2-bedroom units, and street-level spaces total 6,880 square feet of commercial space. The mixed-income project utilized Federal Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits, and was completed in January 2022.
