The Tabletop Project Announces Opening Date in OTR
Community ‘Sip-and-See’ Event Set for Tomorrow
CINCINNATI (June 3, 2026) – Located at 124 E. 13th Street in Over‑the‑Rhine (OTR), in a space leased from the Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC), The Tabletop Project is set to open tomorrow. Owned and operated by Yoleine Dumarsais, the tablescape rental house will debut with a public “sip‑and‑see” event, inviting guests to enjoy a beverage while browsing its curated collection of rentable flatware, glassware, and plateware.
The 1,752‑square‑foot showroom features a clean, minimalist aesthetic, with glassware showcased along one wall and plateware and silverware arranged on the opposite side. Event hosts are invited to browse the curated displays and mix‑and‑match pieces to create their ideal tablescape. Pricing will vary based on the selections made.
“I wanted to bring a service to the neighborhood that was new and exciting – something you couldn’t find nearby,” Dumarsais said. “From weddings to corporate functions, and everything in between, we cater to smaller, more intimate events for up to 150 guests.”
Interested parties should schedule a consultation with Dumarsais at the showroom at least 30 days prior to their planned event. While the assistance of a professional event planner is recommended, it is not a requirement. Additionally, although an in‑person visit offers the most comprehensive opportunity to review the available inventory, all rental options can also be viewed online. Delivery and setup services are also available.
“The Tabletop Project is a natural enhancement to the wide range of small boutique wedding and event venues throughout Downtown Cincinnati,” said Christy Samad, EVP of Civic and Commercial Space Activation at 3CDC. “It offers an added layer of convenience for small-scale event planning, while simultaneously elevating the experience with distinctive, high‑quality tablescape options.”
The sip-and-see is scheduled to take place tomorrow beginning from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and everyone is invited to attend. Following the event, The Tabletop Project will be open by appointment only.
