Construction at the Findlay Community Hub continues to make steady progress across the facility, with exterior work advancing through brick installation around the roller rink, masonry work on the north side, and limestone veneer installation at retaining walls. Site improvements are moving forward to support pedestrian access and functionality. Significant progress has also been made toward enclosing the building. The installation of the large curtain wall system along the main facade is underway, and windows are being installed in several areas throughout the building. Inside, many spaces are entering the finishing stages, with drywall, painting, and tile installation underway. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems remain a major focus. Recently, the project reached a significant milestone with the activation of permanent electrical service, enabling system testing and commissioning. Additionally, elevator installation has begun, and the construction of the pool continues to advance.
