Construction is advancing at the Convention Center Garage, with work now focused on final improvements as crews put the finishing touches on the new tower ahead of its opening. The exit drive and sidewalk leading to Fifth Street have been poured and the garage floor has been power-washed and is being re-striped. Façade cleaning and restoration work continues along Fourth Street.

At the Findlay Community Hub, crews have completed structural steel installation and finished the slab-on-metal deck on the second floor, as well as the first-floor concrete slab-on-grade. Work on the exterior façade is progressing, with sheathing now underway. Interior framing has expanded throughout the building, including layout and framing in the cardio, gymnasium, and roller rink areas. Interior painting is in progress in the locker rooms and nearing completion at the pool. Fireproofing continues throughout the facility, while MEP rough-in and systems installation are advancing in multiple areas, including ongoing work in the roller rink and the start of hanger installation in administrative spaces.
