CONVENTION CENTER GARAGE

Wayfinding signage and painting are ongoing, with inspections underway to support the opening of the new tower. Repairs and restoration work on the south façade continue, as well, and crews have begun applying a sealant to the west façade. Exterior panels for the bridge connector are complete and the Fifth Street tower has officially opened for pedestrian and elevator use. Crews are now working to open the Fifth Street entrance and exit, as the old Elm Street tower is being prepped for demolition.

FINDLAY COMMUNITY HUB

Construction continues to make steady progress across the project site. Exterior work remains underway, including roofing, parapet detailing, and installation of the air barrier along Vine Street, while masonry work continues in both the gym and pool areas. Inside, framing is largely complete on the second floor and is progressing through the first-floor administrative spaces. Fireproofing is ongoing throughout the facility and is expected to be completed on the first and second floors in the coming weeks. Crews are also actively painting the gym and roller rink areas. The pool excavation has been completed, and installation of the pool foundations is now in progress. MEP rough-in work continues throughout the building, including electrical installations, hanger supports, and ductwork. With substantial progress achieved on the second floor, crews are beginning to shift their focus to work on the lower level.
