Construction is now 75% complete at the Findlay Community Hub, with work continuing across the building exterior, interior spaces, pool, elevator, and major building systems. Recently, 3CDC and the City of Cincinnati finalized operators for The Hub, naming TriHealth and Learning Grove as key partners. Once the facility opens, 3CDC will continue overseeing the City-owned property and work with both organizations to provide high-quality services and amenities for residents. TriHealth will manage the facility’s recreation and wellness spaces on a day-to-day basis. Learning Grove will operate the Farmer Family Foundation Early Learning Center, The Hub’s dedicated childcare and early learning center. To support The Hub’s mission of equitable access, membership pricing will follow the model of Ziegler Park’s
Everybody In initiative, using an income-based sliding scale so residents can access the facility regardless of socioeconomic status.
Community members can now visit
