CINCINNATI CONVENTION CENTER

Crews are making great progress at the Convention Center Garage, with advancements on the new elevator tower and throughout the garage’s interior. Electrical turnover was completed, framing for the elevator tower’s curtain wall was finished, and glass installation began. Inside the garage, installation of upgraded security cameras began, lighting improvements continued, and interior finishes progressed on the new pedestrian ramp. THE FINDLAY COMMUNITY HUB

Construction momentum continues across North OTR, with steady progress at the Findlay Community Center. Crews completed concrete masonry unit (CMU) wall installation in the gymnasium, pool, and locker room areas, while masonry work continued in the roller rink. Interior CMU partitions also progressed within the locker room areas, and structural steel installation was largely completed in the pool, gym, and locker room spaces.

Structural steel erection progressed across all major program areas. Steel installation is now largely complete in the pool, gymnasium, and locker room areas, while work continued in the roller rink with the installation of trusses, detailing, and roof decking. Steel erection also began in the administrative areas. All structural steel work is anticipated to be completed in early April.

Roof decking was also completed over the pool, gym, and locker room. At the pool, installation of the TPO roofing membrane was finalized, and roofing crews made progress on the gym roof.

Additional progress included the installation of hangers and supports for building systems in the pool and locker areas, while installation of the elevated running track got underway in the gymnasium. Underground utility work across the site was also completed, and fireproofing activities commenced in the gym and locker areas. CROSSROAD HEALTH CENTER

At Crossroad Health Center, crews advanced construction forward both on-site and inside the 1715 Republic Street building.

Installation of decorative pavers continued across the site, with the portion located at the 34 Green parking lot completed. In this area, crews also finished striping and installed parking blocks, a parking kiosk, and license plate readers. Fencing was installed on Republic Street. Landscaping started across the site. On the remaining portions of the site, decorative paver work, concrete, and landscaping are expected to be fully completed by April 6.

Inside the 1715 Republic building, first-floor interior finishes advanced significantly this month. Primer painting and accent wall installation were completed, while acoustic ceiling tile (ACT) grid installation, millwork, and casework installation are nearing completion, door installation has been completed, and carpet tile installation is now finished. The second floor is now substantially complete, with only appliances and furniture installation remaining, both of which are scheduled for April.
