The construction team began installation of the new glass curtain wall at Paycor Headquarters this month, followed soon by demolition and underground work for the updated streetscape surrounding the building. Future streetscape improvements will include sidewalk enhancement and expansion on Fifth Street, including the development of outdoor dining space and fresh landscaping. CINCINNATI CONVENTION CENTER

Just before the holidays, construction crews working on the reimagined convention center completed the project’s demolition phase and finished building temporary walls to protect the building’s interior while the new façade is constructed. The installation of structural steel for the new building façade is underway along Fifth Street. On the building’s interior, new meeting rooms are taking shape as workers continue framing work and advance mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work throughout the building.
