Woman-Owned Fine Jewelry Brand Marks Milestone with a Refreshed Space, Custom Craftsmanship, and Commitment to Connection
Cincinnati, Ohio – 3 September 2025 — Lane & Kate, a woman-owned and operated fine jewelry boutique known for its intentionally designed custom engagement rings, is proud to celebrate its five-year anniversary this fall under the leadership of Ellana Hagedorn. To mark the occasion, the brand has unveiled a boutique renovation and will host a celebration that reflects its values of craftsmanship, connection, and creativity.
Purchased in 2020 by Hagedorn, Lane & Kate has grown from a small collective shop into a trusted destination for modern heirlooms—especially custom engagement rings that are designed in-house and made in the USA with GIA certified stones, often in collaboration with clients. The boutique’s evolution has remained rooted in its mission: to create timeless jewelry with integrity, and to empower clients through meaningful, transparent design experiences.
“This milestone is more than just a celebration of time—it’s a reflection of the people who have supported us, the couples who’ve trusted us with their love stories, and the creative spirit that keeps us inspired every day,” says Ellana, owner and designer. “As a woman-owned business in a traditionally male-dominated industry, I’m proud of how far we’ve come and excited for what’s ahead.”
The newly renovated space in Over-the-Rhine features refined, intimate design touches that elevate the client experience while honoring the brand’s warm, approachable style. In addition to unveiling the new look, the boutique will host a special anniversary event on September 13th from 11am – 6pm featuring local partners, including a coffee and wine bar pop-up, fresh flower arch install, aura portraits, live jazz music, and a cake cutting. The event will also include a raffle and limited-time day of specials on their signature diamond anniversary bands.

The boutiques store hours operate Wednesday through Saturday 11am – 6pm and Sundays from 12pm – 3pm.
