Parking Request

Maintenance Request

Do you have something that needs to be repaired, or have a maintenance issue with a 3CDC-managed property? The Maintenance Request Portal has been moved to Angus MRI. Please click here to submit a request. If you are unable to re-set your password or need help setting up your account for the first time, please contact serviceportal@3cdc.org and we will respond during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM). For a non-tenant request, please call the Ambassador Hotline at (513) 623-3429.
Safety Communication Request
Our Safety Communications Team monitors organizational assets, including 3CDC-managed parking garages and civic spaces across the urban core, using state-of-the-art security software to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons. To report a safety-related incident or concern, please complete the form below. Please note that 3CDC adheres to strict privacy and data-sharing policies and only shares security footage and images with local law enforcement or insurance representatives in accordance with established guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE: We are a small non-profit working diligently to balance the daily tasks of producing top-notch events and development projects. Although we wish we could accommodate each and every request, we have very limited capability to assist with student projects, graduate theses, classroom lectures, tour requests and speaking engagements.
