We work to support and uplift individuals experiencing homelessness with critically needed services and stable housing. This work is most powerfully exemplified by the Homeless to Homes initiative.
Building bridges to permanent housing
Homeless to Homes was a transformative initiative created to help unhoused individuals transition back into stable housing. Outdated facilities and landlocked sites prevented shelter operators from expanding or updating spaces to meet client needs. In response, we partnered with local organizations to deliver the plan’s outcomes—three facilities created, two of which were renovated—developing comprehensive residential service-based facilities for the homeless at a total cost of $42 million.

Jimmy Heath House
We partnered with Over-the-Rhine Community Housing on the $4.2 million renovation of five buildings on Odeon Street, creating 25 apartments for chronically homeless individuals, along with on-site case management offices and shared community space. The project follows a housing-first model, prioritizing stable housing as the foundation for long-term stability. Learn more today.
