Inclusive Commercial Leasing

Community Impact

Building a stronger, more equitable city with expanded opportunities.

Since 2018, 3CDC has remained committed to increasing the number of Black- and minority-owned businesses in the neighborhood. Currently, more than 25% of 3CDC's street-level commercial spaces are occupied by minority-owned businesses, and nearly 20% are Black-owned.

BLACK-OWNED BUSINESSES

Helping support diverse business ownership

We are dedicated to expanding opportunities for minority and Black- and minority-owned businesses in Cincinnati. Our goal is to help build one of the most diverse and vibrant business districts in the country by supporting entrepreneurs, strengthening local storefronts, and creating space for a wide range of voices and ventures to thrive.

WOMAN-OWNED BUSINESSES

Celebrating women in local business

We are intentional about fostering a strong presence of woman-owned businesses in downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine. By supporting female entrepreneurs and creating opportunities for them to succeed, we are building a more vibrant, inclusive, and economically resilient business district—both in Downtown and Over-the-Rhine.

Urban Luxe / Studio Eleven

SUCCESS STORY

Urban Luxe / Studio Eleven

After launching Urban Luxe online during the pandemic, Sophia Blasi quickly grew her following and opened a brick-and-mortar boutique on Vine Street with 3CDC. Just six months later, she expanded again—relocating her sister concept, Studio Eleven, steps away in OTR. Now operating two thriving storefronts in the Willkommen development, Blasi has transformed her digital brand into a dynamic retail and creative hub, solidifying her place as a rising entrepreneur in the neighborhood.
