Inclusion in Contracting

Community Impact

We proudly partner with minority- owned construction companies.

We place a strong emphasis on meaningful inclusion in our projects and developing relationships with minority- and woman-owned construction companies.

HIRING PRACTICES

Our commitment to inclusive development

We work intentionally to expand opportunities for minority and woman owned firms across our development projects. By building strong relationships, increasing access to opportunities, and supporting long term partnerships, we aim to create a more inclusive and representative development process. Host Networking Mixers

Networking mixers connect minority-owned subcontractors with GCs and CMs to discuss upcoming projects.

Expanding Opportunities

We require all GCs and CMs to demonstrate best efforts to achieve meaningful inclusion when bidding 3CDC projects.
