Employee Testimonial
3CDC is always willing to help you with what you need as an employee if you ask. Whether it’s a bus card, assistance with budgeting, and more.
This job has changed my life. The week I started, I was on the verge of going to jail for struggling to pay child support. But my lawyer was able to vouch that I had just gotten a job with 3CDC to try and change things around. And the judge took a chance on me. Now I get the opportunity to take care of my responsibilities and spend my free time with my children.
What is our Resource Program?
The 3CDC Resource Program helps employees access the support they need to thrive at work and in life. Whether it’s help with housing, transportation, legal assistance, or connecting to mental health and education resources, the program is here to offer guidance and connect employees to helpful services. Through a simple referral process, employees can get connected to the Resource Program to explore options that best support their needs and goals.
