OUR PRIORITIES
Our commitment
to our city.
3CDC works collaboratively with the City of Cincinnati, the state of Ohio, the Cincinnati corporate community and other partners to create and manage great civic spaces. Here’s how we bring these priorities to life:
Create and Manage Great Civic Spaces
We energize our civic spaces with engaging daily programming and events that spark vibrancy and connection throughout downtown.
Create High Density/Mixed-Use Development
We create mixed-use developments that pair vibrant street-level commercial spaces with residential and office space above, building neighborhoods where both people and businesses thrive.
Preserve Historic Structures and Improve Streetscapes
We preserve, restore and reactivate Over-the-Rhine’s historic structures while enhancing streetscapes to create inviting, pedestrian-friendly urban spaces.
Create Diverse, Mixed-Income Neighborhoods Supported by Local Business
We strengthen our neighborhoods and build vibrant, mixed-income districts by expanding affordable housing, supporting a diverse range of businesses, and investing in social services outreach.
