3CDC's work is underway in Cincinnati's downtown urban core. Our strategic mission is to strengthen the core assets of downtown Cincinnati by connecting the Fountain Square district, the central business district and Over-the-Rhine. Since 2004, more than $197 million has been invested in these three focus areas.
