ASSET MANAGER
3CDC currently plays this role for two projects: (1) the daily management of Fountain Square and the Fountain Square North Garage, and (2) the daily management of Washington Park and Washington Park Garage.
When the renovation of the Square was nearing completion, 3CDC was charged by the City with the task of maintaining and programming Fountain Square to insure that it would become a destination location; an active asset that is attracting people to downtown Cincinnati. 3CDC produces hundreds of events each year, attracting over 2 million people annually to the Square.
When Washington Park opens in June 2012, it will serve as the heart of the OTR community, offering daily programming and events, and a variety of activities in its varied 8-acre space.
