PROJECT SUMMARY
3CDC has identified nine buildings scattered throughout the Washington Park area to be restored back to their original single-family home status. The goal of the Park Haus program is to allow buyers to select the building of their choice and work directly with developers to create a home that caters to their specific needs. Architectural plans have been drafted for potential homeowners, and renderings show what a final project could look like. Seven of the nine homes are completed, under construction, or under contract.
For information about owning one of these homes, contact www.OTRLiving.com.
