Completed Project

3CDC identified 12 buildings scattered throughout the area surrounding Washington Park to be restored back to their original single-family home status. The goal of the Park Haus program was to allow buyers to select the building of their choice and work directly with developers to create a home that catered to their specific needs. Architectural plans were drafted for potential homeowners, and renderings showed what a final project could look like. All 12 homes are completed.
